Shipping & Delivery
- All our products are packed and designed in such a way that they can fit into every sedan car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we provide delivery services when you shop at www.strollerworld.com.my.
- All deliveries are only within Malaysia. Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate.
- NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
- If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
- If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, Please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
- If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
- We may need to contact you via telephone to arrange a delivery date and timeframe to certain products.
- We only use standard packaging materials for all orders, you may contact us at +603-80824716 if you need extra care packaging with additional charges (RM30/ box).
- We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.
- No changing address once the driver had reach the destination, or extra charges will be charge.
- The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. * (the fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice).
- Stroller World provides ONE TIME free delivery and installation (valued at RM60-130) for orders amounting to RM2000.00 and above to one local address within Klang Valley during operating hours (11am - 5pm).
- Shipping cost will be charged accordingly to location and weight of the item for orders below RM2000.00.
- Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and someone is around to receive the delivery as additional charges (RM60-130 depending on location) will incured for re-delivery requested.
- STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
- All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday during operating hours (11am - 5pm), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- If customer requests for re-delivery, Stroller World is entitled to charge for providing the services accordingly to distance from Stroller World showroom to the address.
- Please notice Stroller World via phone call (03-80824716) one week in advance if you wish to book delivery date and timing.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
- Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
- Confirmed orders will be processed within the next four (4) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
- Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
- Peninsular Malaysia : 7 - 8 business working days.*
- Sabah & Sarawak : 35 - 45 business working days.*
*Subject to courier service’s changes.
SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVES PERIODS
- During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
- For festive seasons, please place your order 20 (twenty) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
